What can I expect?

How long will it take?

Our entire process can take years or days, it ultimately depends on your needs.

We have looked after families for the last 10 years and we expect to continue to look after them for another 20+ years.

Sometimes clients have a immediate need and we can also help with that.

New full service clients can expect the initial engagement can take between 3 and 12 months to get all your strategies documented and implemented.  

Fees and Charges

Do I have to Pay for the first Meeting?

We don’t charge for our initial meeting. We like to know you and your needs before explaining our engagement process. 

Do you charge fee for service?

We charge a combination of Fee of Service, Asset Management Fee and Mortgage and Insurance Commissions.  All fees will be explained to you before you are required to pay anything.

What other fees could I pay?

You may pay fees for other services that we recommend, for example estate planning and accounting advice.  We will discuss any fees with you before we complete any work.

What is a Financial Services Gude (FSG)?

A FSG is a legal document that our regulator; the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) has asked all Financial Advisers to created to summarise their Services, Fees and Charges.  The content of a FSG is fairly standard across the industry.  Your Financial Adviser will provide a FSG to you at your first meeting.
