Who is Kieran?
Kieran has over 27 years of experience as a successful investment professional, and is currently the founder and Managing Director of Sirius Fund Management.
However Kieran is also one of Australia’s great modern day explorers. Kieran’s adventures include: recreating Augustus Gregory’s pioneering pack horse trek to explore the Northern Territory in 1856; completing the first successful crossing on foot of the Tanami Desert (using 1850’s equipment just to make it even harder). Other highlights include; rediscovering Mt Wilson in the Great Sandy Desert, climbing numerous New Zealand and U.S. alpine peaks and captaining the first successful team to swim across WA’s Lake Argyle. Kieran is a Fellow of the Explorer’s Club of New York and in 2008 was awarded the Australian Geographic Society’s Spirit of Adventure Award.
Kieran is also a regular guest broadcaster on Sky News Television and is a business commentator on ABC television.
